In my practice, I approach therapy from a humanistic perspective, deeply honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe that our experiences go beyond just thoughts—they are felt in our bodies. By creating a safe and compassionate space, I aim to help you explore your inner awareness, uncover your unique narratives, and understand how your body responds to those experiences. This process lays the foundation for meaningful healing and growth.

I integrate a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, body psychotherapy, and insights from polyvagal theory, parts work, and attachment theory. My approach is experiential, drawing on both Western and Eastern healing practices. Mindfulness and ritual are woven into our work to support both individual and collective healing. I aim to create an environment where compassion, curiosity, and openness flourish—because I believe these qualities are essential for transformative healing.

I am also deeply committed to social justice and recognize the impact that societal structures can have on our well-being. In our work together, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where we can explore how factors like identity and power dynamics shape our experiences. By shining a light on these issues, we can work together to empower you to advocate for yourself and, in turn, contribute to the healing of both yourself and your community.

While I’m here to offer guidance and support, I also honor and trust your inherent wisdom. You are the expert of your own life, and I am committed to walking alongside you, providing the space and tools you need to tap into your own strength and healing.
